Hallo Matthias,

Prima Initiative! Ich möchte mich gerne hierbei anschliessen aber habe nicht gefunden wo ich diese Initiative unterschreiben kann, so das mein Dynax 9 nach einer Verjüngungskur des to besser funktionieren kann.

The Minolta Alpha/Dynax/Maxxum 9 remains the only truly professional film camera in the Alpha mount. And as such it remains one of the finest film cameras ever manufactured, arguably rivaling even the Nikon F5 and F6! Until recently for those of us in the Americas it has been dificult to have our 9s upraded for SSM/ADI compatibility -- but not imposible if we could get our cameras to Runtime Contract in Bremen, Germany with the help of Conny1. But now, parts are no longer available from Sony and that truely is a shame! For those that have not been fortuneate enough to have had the upgrade, purchasing new Sony SSM lenses, is out of the question! And there are many.
Please Sony, keep our wonderful Maxxum 9s alive and up-to-date by supplying the necessary parts for the upgrade!

Hello, my name is Nikolai and I'm from Russian Minolta/Sony forum (forum.minolta-club.ru).

I upgraded my Maxxum 9 on November 2008, thanks to Rolf (Conny1) support!

And I also posted some message on our Russian forum about the petition! I gave there a link to Dyxum thread with Mathias post with instructions and description of the problem.

My name is already in the list, thanks to Rolf again!

I hope that our efforts from people from many countries will help!

Genau so ergeht es mir auch! Hoffentlich wird es letztendlich auch erfolgreich sein! Ich drücke jedenfalls - nicht ganz uneigennützig - die Daumen!

Wie sieht es eigentlich mit Polen aus? Da Sonys Alpha-System in Polen wohl eine recht gute Marktstellung erreicht hat, vermute ich, dass es dort auch etliche Dynax-9-Benutzer geben könnte.
Hat nicht Thomas ("Das Auge" irgendwie Beziehungen zu Polen?

Vielleicht ist die 1/300 sek. einer dieser sagenumwobenen 'candies' des SSM/ADI-upgrades, von denen Matthias vage Andeutungen gemacht hat ;-)
