Seems like issues with this company are very common. I wish I could have read a thread like this earlier and just went elsewhere. Perhaps we could have a thread on which retailers folks find good and which ones people have problems with. That could save a lot of frustration for many posters. I don't trust a lot of those online reseller ratings very much because the companies always dispute posts and always manage to come out looking like the reasonable ones and I wouldn't be surprised if the less reputable ones are manufacturing feedback to keep their averages high.
